3.1 Submission

When submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to represent the business
• All information provided is accurate and current
• The business operates legally in Australia
• You have the right to use any logos or images submitted

3.2 Approval Process

All business submissions are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason, including but not limited to duplicate listings, incomplete information, or businesses that don't meet our quality standards.

3.3 Listing Accuracy

Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their listings. We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that contain outdated or incorrect information.

4. User Content

By submitting content to the Directory (including business information, inquiries, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Directory.

You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you grant us the right to use it for our business purposes.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Directory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
